Payment for commissions is the industry standard of one-half up front when signing the agreement, with the balance due upon completion and before shipping.

Paintings on paper are shipped using either USPS or FedEx, depending on the shipping location and the size of the painting.

The shipping timeline is typically 7 to 15 business days. We will make every effort to prepare and ship your painting as quickly as possible.

No. Framing is such an individual decision that I sell the paintings without a frame. However, I place smaller works in a “Market” pack. This means the paper painting is placed on a conservation backboard, under a mat, and inside a cellophane envelope. I use oversized mats for a modern look.

Commissioned Work:

Once I finish your painting, I’ll send you a photo so you can take a look! If you love and approve the painting, I’ll ship it out after the final payment.

Just a heads-up: commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, and the deposit is kept. These terms are all included in the contract you signed at the outset.

Paintings from the Website: 

We don’t accept returns for paintings 16” x 20” or smaller, but I’m happy to help you arrange an exchange that works for you!

A Quick Note:

I know that color can sometimes be tricky in art. I strive to represent the colors in each painting as accurately as possible using high-quality equipment like the Epson Expression 12000 XL scanner. Just keep in mind that every monitor shows colors a bit differently.
